Founded in 2024 by Anthony and Kaley Garcia, Garcia Eat Meats blends traditional practices with modern sustainability, setting a new standard for premium lamb production. The lambs are thoughtfully raised on their ranch in Morrill, Nebraska, on a balanced diet free from hormones, ensuring quality and care at every step.

Anthony, a U.S. Army Veteran who proudly served with the 82nd Airborne, returned from service to pursue ranching full-time alongside Kaley, a sixth-generation farmer. Together, they’ve built Garcia Eat Meats into a Veteran Family-Owned ranch deeply invested in the well-being of both their animals and their community. Every meal enjoyed is a reflection of their shared values, dedication, and connection to the land.

  • I can tell you after about 15 minutes or so, those chops turned out absolutely amazing. Juicy, tender, and cooked beautifully. I don’t know what they feed the lambs, but whatever it is, they shouldn’t change a thing. I am looking forward to grilling up the rest of the cuts we have! 11/10 (They get an extra point because they don’t use those stupid styrofoam trays with seranwrap over it, everything is vacuumed sealed to keep in all the lamb essence)
